Job summary

Great Eastern in Kuala Lumpur seeks a seasoned professional to support strategic planning, performance management and operational transformation across the Operations function.

You will assist in analytics, reporting and KPI tracking, while enabling process improvements, automation and AI-driven initiatives to boost efficiency and customer experience. A strong foundation in project and change management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data analytics, statistics, computer science, IT, actuarial science or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of experience in insurance, financial services or related industries.
• Experience in strategic planning, project management, business analytics or operational excellence.
• Experience in process improvement, digitalisation or transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to AI, automation, workflow solutions or process mining.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations strategic planning and performance management initiatives.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management and committees.
• Monitor operational metrics and identify efficiency and customer experience improvements.
• Participate in transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, Process Mining, Design Thinking or Agile.
• Assist in automation, digitalisation and AI-enabled opportunities within Operations.
• Coordinate project documentation, governance activities and change management.
