Job summary

Public Crane Heavy Equipment Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Operations & Store Assistant to support daily heavy equipment operations and manage store/inventory.

The role involves receiving, inspecting and recording stock, coordinating with drivers and suppliers, and assisting with purchasing tasks. A 1–2 year background in operations or logistics is preferred, with Bahasa Malaysia and English communication skills and a willingness to travel to Telok Gong, Port Klang.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Around 1–2 years of relevant working experience in operations, logistics, warehouse or storekeeping.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word and data entry.
• Organised, physically fit for routine store activities and hands-on work.
• Good communication and coordination skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Willing to travel and work in Telok Gong, Port Klang.

Responsibilities

• Store & Inventory Management: Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials, tools and spare parts.
• Record stock movements accurately and ensure proper labelling and storage.
• Prepare GRN, stock issue records and other store documents.
• Conduct regular stock counts and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised store.
• Operations & Logistics Support: assist with daily operational and logistics tasks.
• Prepare and track GDNs, packing lists and delivery documents.
• Coordinate with drivers, suppliers and other departments for smooth daily activities.
• Support site checks and purchasing tasks to ensure timely material arrival.
