As employees, we take pride in contributing to the world’s largest and only full-stack cloud communication platform. But it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it: with curiosity, passion, and a whole lot of collaboration. We operate with an AI-first mindset, embedding intelligent tools into our daily workflows to work smarter and more efficiently. Every role here benefits from and contributes to this approach. If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity. Let’s build what’s next, together.

As an Operations Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our sales organization—translating business strategy into operational reality. You'll own the complete sales process across Salesforce.com, from data quality and CRM administration to pipeline forecasting, performance reporting, and process optimization. Working in our HQ or regional structure, you'll partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to create a unified view of business performance and enable data-driven decision-making. Your proactive approach and deep understanding of both business and process will directly shape how effectively our customer-facing teams operate and grow revenue.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage Salesforce as the single source of truth for all sales activity—administering CRM data, managing campaigns, lead assignment, opportunity closure, and configuring reports and dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility
  • Own sales reporting and analysis at individual, team, regional, and global levels, consolidating forecasts and translating pipeline, performance metrics, and trends into actionable insights for management
  • Drive data quality improvements through continuous monitoring and governance, ensuring CRM data remains accurate and actionable across all customer-facing departments
  • Design and optimize sales processes by documenting workflows, implementing HQ-defined playbooks, and ensuring successful knowledge transfer between headquarters and regional teams
  • Support customer-facing teams with tools training, feedback collection, and troubleshooting to maximize adoption and utilization across Salesforce and other sales-critical platforms
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives including quarterly planning, forecasting accuracy, incentive calculations, commission planning, and KPI target-setting with sales leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Provide proactive analytics and recommendations by analyzing business data across departments, identifying trends, and sharing insights that help leadership make data-driven decisions about targets, processes, and performance
What Makes You a Strong Fit

2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or CRM administration in a B2B or SaaS environment with proven expertise in Salesforce.com Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, including hands-on experience with data management, report building, dashboard creation, and CRM customization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, repeatable processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams Attention to detail and commitment to data quality—you catch inconsistencies, flag issues proactively, and drive continuous improvement Self-directed and proactive mindset, with comfort managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving business needs Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus depending on regional needs

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience with sales forecasting methodologies, incentive compensation planning, or sales analytics tools beyond Salesforce Familiarity with other platforms commonly used in sales operations (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools) Background in implementing or optimizing sales playbooks or go-to-market strategies Experience supporting multiple regions or global sales organizations Knowledge of data governance best practices and compliance requirements in B2B sales
