Job summary

Infobip APAC is seeking a Finance & Accounting Operations professional to support financial processes across multiple countries. You’ll anchor accounts payable, tax compliance, and document management in collaboration with the Payment team and local partners.

You’ll prepare tax receipts, forward withholding tax certificates, and coordinate with local accountants while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting/finance or related.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Payment team on payment monitoring, vendor invoices, and document safekeeping.
• Prepare and distribute electronic tax receipts for clients, ensuring country-specific compliance.
• Collect and forward accounting documents (invoices, bills, proofs of payment, customer invoices) to local accountants.
• Prepare withholding tax certificates and forward to vendors.
• Track withholding tax certificates issued by clients and ensure completeness.
• Monitor the projects/calendar and coordinate with the team to meet deadlines.
• Support supervisors in reconciling financial information.
• Maintain smooth communication with internal departments, BPOs, and other institutions.

What this role is all about

This is a Finance & Accounting Operations role supporting Infobip's financial processes. You'll be the backbone of accounts payable, tax compliance, and financial documentation, working closely with the Payment team and local accounting partners across multiple countries.

What you'll do

• Collaborating with the Payment team on payment monitoring, vendor invoice validation, and document safekeeping.
• Preparation and distribution of electronic tax receipts to clients, ensuring compliance with the requirements of each country.
• Collating accounting documents, including vendor invoices, billings, proof of payments, customer invoices, etc and forwarding them to local accountants.
• Preparation of withholding tax certificates and forwarding the same to vendors.
• Tracking of creditable withholding tax certificates issued by clients and ensuring their completeness.
• Monitoring the projects and tasks calendar, and coordinating with the team to prevent any missed deadlines.
• Providing support to superiors in reconciliation of various financial information.
• Ensuring smooth communication with other internal departments and external BPOs and other institutions, and other as requested by your supervisor.
• Doing ad hoc admin tasks as requested by your supervisors.

Nice-to-have qualifications

• Prior experience with multi-country tax compliance
• Familiarity with accounting software or ERPs
• Knowledge of international withholding tax requirements
