Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for management, operational teams, and company resources to ensure efficient project execution.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and operational activities across departments to ensure alignment of project timelines and team availability.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to confirm schedules, update timelines, and communicate any adjustments required for project coordination.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute scheduling reports, progress updates, and operational timelines to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain an organized and accurate digital scheduling system, including calendars, planning tools, and project tracking systems.
• Monitor project schedules and identify potential scheduling conflicts, delays, or resource constraints, and proactively recommend solutions.
• Support the Operations & Engineering teams in planning manpower allocation, site visits, and project milestones to ensure efficient project workflow.
• Assist in tracking time management and operational planning to improve team productivity and project coordination.
• Maintain proper documentation of schedules, meeting records, and operational planning materials for reference and reporting purposes.
• Provide administrative support related to scheduling activities, including documentation, follow-ups, coordination emails, and schedule confirmations.
