Job summary

ICHOR Systems Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Planning Assistant to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials across departments in line with production schedules. You will review and distribute production, work and shipment schedules and confer with department supervisors to determine progress and completion dates.

The role also involves compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems, implementing planned schedules, labor loading and capacity

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma.
• 1 years working experience in administration.
• Strong Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performs planning and scheduling functions involved with coordinating products and materials through various production phases.
• Implements planned production schedules, labor loading and capacity requirements.
• Reviews schedules to determine materials and parts requirements to ensure materials are available according to schedules.
