Managing a team of Area Managers and responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations. This includes ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness. The role demands strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To oversee a minimum of 6 Districts and responsible for the region performance to meet region KPIs and Subway operational standards
- Plan and work to budgets, maximize profits and achieve sales targets
- To manage Area Manager's store visitations and performance
- To conduct monthly Business Review with each Area Managers
- To provide the region sales analysis and prepare necessary proposal on the regions sales/financial/KPI results
- Daily intervention on trigger point exceptions from daily financial report and daily complaints
- Involve in recruit of new staff, train and develop existing staff
- To prepare master plan for each new restaurant opening activities in the region, ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
- Implement and instill in your team on company policies, procedures and ethics
- Handle customer complaints and queries
- Implement branded promotional campaigns launch by Marketing Team, including the handling of point-of-sale promotional materials, or devise your own promotional campaigns
- Prepare reports and other performance analysis documentation
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in any Discipline
- 5 years’ experience in multi-store operations with proven records of achievement in sales & cost control objectives and operations standards
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical and report writing skills
- Eyes for details with exceptional follow-up skills
- Ability to work with and supervise people, recognizing the diversity of cultures in people and their level of education and experience
- Business acumen and good with figures & P&L statement
