Talent Recruit in Jenjarom, Selangor, is seeking an Operations Manager (PLC, Steel Industry) based in Jenjarom to lead daily production and warehouse operations. You will drive efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery across functions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in manufacturing operations, strong lean knowledge, ERP proficiency, and English plus Mandarin communication. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
8+ years of experience in operations management in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality management systems.
Proficiency in ERP and MS Office; English and Mandarin proficiency.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily operations to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Coordinate between departments to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
Oversee warehouse receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Implement and manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels.
Maintain the warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and safety.
Ensure timely order fulfillment while adhering to quality and delivery standards.
Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline workflows.
Identify and mitigate risks in operation and warehouse processes.
Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend continuous improvement initiatives in both warehouse and operational workflows.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the warehouse and develop safety protocols to minimize accidents and injuries.
