Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a proactive operations assistant to identify and resolve staff-related issues, address customer feedback, and tackle daily operational challenges.

You will work closely with HQ and outlets to resolve cross-functional issues, troubleshoot POS and system problems, and ensure smooth store performance.

• Identify and resolve staff-related issues (discipline, performance).
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and feedback promptly.
• Address operational issues such as stock shortages, SOP deviations, or hygiene lapses.
• Troubleshoot or escape system/POS and technical issues.
• Coordinate with HQ and outlets Kitchen to resolve cross-functional issues.
