• Prepare schedules, reports, and operational plans.

• Implement marketing or promotional activities to drive sales.
• Resolve operational issues and customer complaints effectively.
• Forecast sales and plan resources for peak hours or festive seasons.
• Coordinate between kitchen, service and management teams.
• Prepare and review food costing to maintain profitability.
• Manage and approve market list/purchasing to ensure stock levels.
• Conduct sales forecast and budgeting to support planning.
