Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.

Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.

Monitor operational performance, costs, quality, and overall business targets.

Manage and coordinate teams to ensure tasks and responsibilities are completed effectively.

Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.

Identify operational issues and implement appropriate solutions and improvements.

Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance updates for management.

Requirements:

Candidates with at least 10 years of relevant project experience are preferred.

Strong experience in cost control, site supervision, project planning, and scheduling.

Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule.
