Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with CGPA ≥3.50.
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience.
• Strong market awareness and commercial mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI/SQL are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to express delivery market, outlet operations and network management.
• Complete rotation tasks, reports and presentations.
• Collect, organise and analyse market, customer, outlet and product data.
• Support development of sales, product and network strategies.
• Participate in key account management and new product development projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and monitor project outcomes.
• Identify business issues and provide data-driven recommendations.
