Job summary

SF Techlogis Sdn Bhd is hiring a Logistic Assistant for our Kuantan, Pahang operations. The role supports inventory management, order processing and timely dispatch in a busy warehouse team.

We expect a high school diploma, some warehousing experience, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency with WMS and basic MS Office is preferred; forklift certification is a plus. A safe, supportive environment with opportunities for growth awaits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation.
• Able to perform manual tasks, lift/carry, stand for long periods.
• Proficient with WMS or inventory software and basic computer use.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading and checking shipments against documents.
• Organising and storing goods in warehouse locations.
• Picking and packing orders for dispatch.
• Maintaining stock records and movement logs.
• Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Operating warehouse equipment safely where applicable.
• Loading outbound shipments and securing goods for transport.
• Communicating with team to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintaining a clean, safe warehouse following health and safety rules.
• Supporting logistics with general admin tasks.
