Job summary

Ridge Biomed Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse/Operations Support person to assist daily inventory handling, receiving, packing and occasional delivery activities. You will work closely with the Finance & Operations team, support stock counts, and help maintain orderly stores across Malaysia.

The role requires basic computer skills (Word/Excel), reliability, and physical ability to handle packing/unpacking. Driving licence and own transport are required; experience in stores is a plus.

Qualifications

Basic computer skills and documentation
Physical suitability for packing/unpacking and handling goods
Able to follow instructions and be reliable
Own transport with a valid driving licence
Experience in storekeeping or warehouse is an advantage but not mandatory
Minimum academic qualification as listed (SPM/Certificate/Diploma)

Responsibilities

Receive, unpack and organise goods in the company store.
Check quantity and condition of received goods and report discrepancies.
Ensure stock items are stored, labelled and handled with care.
Prepare, pick and pack items for delivery or collection.
Occasional delivery of small items to hospitals, universities or courier providers.
Assist with monthly stock count and stock closing tasks.
Support daily operations with Finance & Operations team.
Maintain basic filing/documentation within Finance & Operations.
