Maxim Order Service in Kota Kinabalu is seeking an experienced leader to drive regional growth, optimize operations, and guide a high‑performance team. You will develop strategic plans, oversee brand expansion, and mentor colleagues to sustain competitive advantage and profitability.

The role requires strong Mandarin skills (B2), proven strategic/marketing leadership, and hands-on ability to implement cross‑functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Mandarin proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, management or marketing.
• Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring capabilities.
• Experience in advertising, promotional campaigns and brand expansion (preferred).
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company goals.

• Create work plans with timelines and KPIs; monitor progress and adjust strategies.
• Collaborate with managers across departments for alignment and objectives.

You're an ideal candidate if you have
