Qualifications

• Minimum B2 level proficiency in Mandarin.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, management, or marketing.
• Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring capabilities.
• Experience in advertising, promotional campaigns, and brand expansion (preferred).
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company goals.
• Lead advertising, promotional campaigns, and affiliate marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Create detailed work plans, timelines, and performance metrics; monitor progress and ensure timely execution.
• Work with managers across departments to align objectives and improve communication.
• Identify team strengths and provide coaching and mentorship.
• Drive profitability through operational efficiencies, cost management, and revenue strategies.
• Pilot innovative initiatives and implement successful concepts to stay competitive.
• Ensure all activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and internal policies.
• Establish and review KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.
