Qualifications

• Requires Diploma or degree in a production related field or similar.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Packaging, Printing & Manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Production Process & Planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/operations software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across departments.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze performance data to identify improvements.
• Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Manage logistics including receiving, sorting, packing, quality and shipping.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts and correct inventory errors.
• Coordinate with transporters, procurement, finance and sales teams.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to support business goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner.
• Prepare regular reports on performance, risks and opportunities.
• Support budget planning, cost control and resource allocation.
• Train and mentor junior team members to align with standards.
