Job summary

Glampot, a leading pre-owned luxury store in Kuala Lumpur, is offering an internship across E-commerce, Marketing and Business Management. You will support sales and marketing initiatives, manage online store tasks, content creation and social media campaigns, and collaborate with design teams to optimize campaigns.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a degree in Sales/Marketing or Business Management, with strong communication, organisational skills and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Sales/Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
• Passionate about fashion and luxury trends.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or other design software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies across multiple channels including online marketplaces and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and photographers to produce visually appealing content for campaigns and social media.
• Assist in managing the online store and social media accounts on a day-to-day basis, including product listing, pricing changes, and campaign management.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries appropriately across all online platforms to ensure a reliable and consistent customer experience.
• Assist in assessing incoming inventory and performing periodic markdowns on aging inventory.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team as needed.
