Job summary

Central Coldstorage Kuching Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a motivated individual to assist the Manager in daily outlet operations. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, ensuring outlet cleanliness, and supporting sales performance.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum STPM/Diploma with relevant experience. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is an advantage. Salary starts at RM2.8K and above based on qualifications.

Job description

Responsibilities: To assist the Manager in daily outlet operations; to maintain customer relationships, outlet cleanliness, hygiene, support sales and operational performance, and other ad hoc duties related to the position.

• Minimum STPM/Diploma with 3-5 years working experience in the same or related field or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management with 2 years working experience in retail operations or related field. Salary RM2.8K and above with allowance depending on the qualification and experience.
• Possess good customer service and communication skill.
• Proficient in inventory and time management.
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (an advantage) and other local dialect.
