Job summary

Central Coldstorage Kuching Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee the CCK Fresh Mart outlet in Kuching.

You will lead daily operations, ensure smooth performance and profitability, and uphold outlet standards. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field, at least 5 years in retail operations and 3 years in a managerial position, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in retail operations or related field and 3 years in Managerial position.
• Strong leadership skills and decision-making ability.
• Possess good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to relocate if required.
