Job summary

iFAST Global Hub AI Sdn Bhd invites you to join the Security team as an internship for Cyber Security students. You will assist in maintaining the company’s security posture and collaborate with other departments to stay ahead of emerging threats.

Responsibilities include testing and implementing new security projects (SIEM / endpoint), daily monitoring of security solutions, and improving internal staff phishing awareness. Open to 3–6 month duration with RM2,000 monthly for top students.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent degree in Computer Science/IT security or equivalent.
• Good understanding of security and network concepts is preferred.
• Able to work independently and learn quickly.

Internship for Cyber Security Students - RM2,000 for Top Students

You will join our iFAST Security team in charge of the overall security posture of the company. As part of SecOps, we overlook the security and threat aspects of iFAST and work hand in hand together with other departments. If you will like to experience how the security team work and consistently update your knowledge on all those new emerging threats, join us on our journey!

Responsibilities

• Testing and implementation of new security-related project. (SIEM / endpoint related)
• Help out with daily monitoring of security solutions in the environment.
• Enhance email phishing exercise for internal staffs.
• Ad hoc assignment.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing in Degree in computer Science/ IT security or equivalent.
• Priority will be given to those who has good understanding in Security and Network related concept.
• Able to work independently and fast learner.
• Available for duration of 3-6 months.
