Job summary

Jobstreet Malaysia is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to coordinate end-to-end logistics and ensure on-time delivery to customers. The role involves delivery planning, customer coordination, forwarding and haulage coordination, invoice verification, container tracking and maintaining accurate logistics records.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Logistics or related field, 4+ years in logistics, and strong Excel/Sheets skills with ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a related field with relevant logistics knowledge.
• Strong coordination and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily deliveries based on customer requirements and stock.
• Monitor delivery status and ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and logistics providers to address delivery issues.
• Coordinate trucking, hauliers and transport requirements for timely movement of goods.
• Provide updates on shipment status and maintain records and reports.
