Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Inventory Management.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience with ERP and inventory systems.
• Proven ability to eliminate bottlenecks and improve stock accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supply Chain & Logistics: manage stock movement from warehouse to stores, ensuring on-time, intact delivery.
• Inventory Control: coordinate cycle counts, investigate shrinkage, ensure digital system matches physical stock.
• Retail Support & Enforcement: maintain checklists, ensure demo displays are functional, handle facility issues promptly.
• Vendor & Courier Hustle: coordinate with logistics partners and push for resolutions when delays occur.
