Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive information and training specialist to analyze existing customer resources and identify gaps in educational materials. You will develop high-quality guides, FAQs, video scripts, and troubleshooting assets, and collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure accuracy.

You will audit workflows, write clear SOPs, streamline cross-departmental handoffs, maintain a centralized training repository, and track SOP compliance and processing times.

Qualifications

• Track internal SOP compliance and impact on departmental processing times.
