Job summary

EPOS Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Merchant Operations Executive in Kuala Lumpur to manage and support our growing merchant network. You will own end-to-end onboarding, activation, and daily inquiries, while coordinating across internal teams to resolve issues and improve merchant experience.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced payments environment. Prior experience in operations or payments/POS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, customer support, or payments/POS is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Onboard merchants end-to-end including documentation, setup, and training.
• Support merchants during activation and initial journey to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle merchant inquiries related to transactions, settlements, and system usage.
• Monitor merchant activity and drive reactivation where needed.
• Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Tech, Finance, and Logistics teams for issue resolution.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and merchant experience.

What You'll Do
