• Inspect and handle inbound/outbound shipment monthly reports.

• To manage end to end operations, logistics and sales support functions
• It involves planning, organizing, coordinating, rescheduling and controlling all the resources needed to carry out an efficient operations job:-
  • Order processing: input order into system and issue purchase order
  • Planning buffer and rescheduling
  • Coordinate with supplier and customer
  • Logistic – Inspect and handle inbound/outbound shipment monthly reports
  • Ad-hoc duties, if any
• Report direct to HQ (Singapore)

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree and equivalent
• Minimum 2 to 4years of relevant working experience is preferred
• Experience in shipping or scheduling is preferred
• Experience in SAP Business One will be an advantage
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and initiate in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Good organization skills
• Motivated and able to work independently
