Funding Societies | Modalku, Southeast Asia's leading SME digital finance platform, seeks an entry-level operations-focused professional. You will assist in executing tasks within agreed turnaround times, provide insights to speed up processes, and report any operational issues promptly.

Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is essential to ensure on-time project delivery and continuous improvement, while documenting progress and giving constructive feedback to peers.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in finance, accounting, or related field required.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist on executing tasks within turnaround time.
• Provide viewpoints on improving turnaround time.
• Promptly report operational problems or deviations from SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Proactively document and update progress of operational processes.
• Take initiative to provide timely, constructive feedback to peers.
