Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku is seeking an entry-level Operations Associate in Kuala Lumpur to support cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery. You will assist with tasks within turnaround times and provide input to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist on executing tasks assigned within turnaround time.

• Collaborate closely with essential parties, including those within the organization and external stakeholders, to guarantee timely delivery of projects or tasks.
• Proactively documents and updates progress of operational processes.
• Take the initiative to provide timely and constructive feedback to peers.

What will you do:

Requirements

What are we looking for:

• Undergraduate in finance, accounting, or any related field
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

You will shine if you have:

• Experience in operations role (internship or part time)
• 1-2 years experience in operations role if not a fresh graduate
