Job summary

The Concept Exhibition (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Operations Intern in Kuala Lumpur to support planning, coordination, and execution of company events and daily operations. You will gain hands-on exposure to event management, logistics, administration, and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities include planning event operations, preparing exhibitor kits, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, on-site setup and dismantling, and maintaining SOPs and operation trackers.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in events, hospitality, business, or related fields.
• Willingness to learn and support on-site event operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating event operations before, during, and after exhibitions.
• Prepare exhibitor kits, registration materials, signage, and event documents.
• Support exhibitor and vendor registration processes.
• Set up and dismantle event venues.
• Coordinate with suppliers and track delivery schedules.
• Maintain operational records and update trackers.
• Provide on-site assistance during exhibitions and events.
