Job summary

Jambu Jambu Asia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Operations Admin Intern to help keep events organized behind the scenes. The role will involve admin, logistics and coordination across a range of events, from small underground sets to headline shows with international DJs, with a letter of completion provided.

You’ll manage digital filing, team tasks on a Notion board, and Vendor liaison, with potential for part-time or full-time conversion based on performance.

Qualifications

• Maintain digital filing systems, internal databases and event documentation ahead of each show.
• Manage Resident Advisor uploads, guestlists and Linktree updates.
• Track and organize team tasks using a shared board (Notion) to flag blockers early.
• Monitor event financials and invoices, and keep the team calendar up to date.
• Source and liaise with vendors for setup and teardown as needed.

Responsibilities
