R & A Logistic Solutions Sdn Bhd in Kapar, Selangor seeks a Logistics Support candidate with Mandarin proficiency to coordinate daily operations and liaise with China-based management. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with opportunities to learn and advance.

You will assist in planning daily activities, preparing basic reports, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external partners in a workshop environment. Strong computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• : Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
• : Mandarin language requirement to interact with China-based management
• : Good communication and coordination with different parties
• : Computer skills including Excel/Word
• : Prepare basic operational reports and documentation
• : Independent, proactive and willing to learn
• : Comfortable in an operating/workshop environment
• : Fresh graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• : Assist in coordinating daily operational activities and work arrangements
• : Support Management in monitoring operational matters and following up on tasks
• : Communicate with China-based management and personnel on daily operations
• : Translate or clarify operational information between Mandarin-speaking staff and local team
• : Prepare and update operational reports, schedules, records and documentation
• : Data entry and other computer-based tasks
• : Coordinate with internal departments, workshop personnel, suppliers and others
• : Attend meetings with Management and China-based personnel
• : Record meeting discussions and follow up on actions
• : Maintain filing and documentation of records
