Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate import/export shipments and schedules. The role involves booking shipments, planning timelines, and coordinating with haulage, shippers, and consignees. Fresh graduates are welcome and Mandarin proficiency is valued to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's or higher degree, and be able to read and write in Mandarin, English, and Malay. Immediate start is a plus for a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make shipment bookings upon receive of shipment instructions.
• Plan and prepare import and export shipping schedules.
• Liaise with haulage, shipper and consignee regarding delivery arrangements.
• Able to work in a team and under pressure.
• Ability to start work immediately is advantageous.
