Job summary

Citi invites motivated graduates to join the Analyst Program within Operations, an intensive two-year program designed to develop analytical and leadership capabilities while exposing you to cross‑functional teams that drive process excellence.

Qualifications

• Final year university student (Graduation in 2026).
• Pursuing a Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics or related degrees.
• Achieve a GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Sponsorship for work authorization not required in your location at any time.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year Analyst Program across Citi Operations.
