Job summary

Citi in Malaysia is seeking graduating students for a two-year Analyst Program within Operations, offering hands-on experience across processes, data analytics, and digitalization to improve client experience.

You will be mentored by experienced managers, participate in structured learning, and develop analytical and leadership skills while contributing to risk management and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Final year university student (graduation in 2026).
• Pursuing a finance, economics, business management or mathematics degree.
• GPA 3.0 (2:1) or above; sponsorship not required in location.

Roles may vary according to location and skillset but will provide opportunities to make an impact in one or more of the following areas: operations optimization, data analytics and insights, and digitalization.
