Job summary

Citi invites motivated graduates to join the Analyst Program within Operations, an intensive two-year program designed to develop analytical and leadership capabilities while exposing you to cross‑functional teams that drive process excellence.

You will work on operations optimization, data analytics and insights, and digitalization initiatives, with structured training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders to help you grow into a change agent in Citi.

Qualifications

• Final year university student (Graduation in 2026).
• Pursuing a Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics or related degrees.
• Achieve a GPA of 3.0 or above.
