Job summary

WNS (Holdings) Limited is seeking a detail‑oriented team member to support daily export documentation production and invoice processing. You will ensure timely billing, cross-check invoice details, and contribute to meeting KPI targets in a fast-paced office environment in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.

Bachelor’s degree is required; we expect strong accuracy, reliability and teamwork to thrive in our BPM setting, with exposure to finance and accounting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely processing of invoice billing and accounts payable/receivable requests.
• Accurately keying in / cross checking details of invoices using logic and instructions from process trainings.
• Meeting individual KPI targets (productivity, accuracy) as per process requirement.
• Day-to-day Operations: invoice billing / cash application tasks; perform self-quality checking; follow up on pending items weekly; suggest process improvements.
