Job summary

WNS, based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, seeks a temporary/full-time team member to support export documentation, invoice billing, and cash applications. You will perform daily tasks, ensure accuracy, and meet KPIs while collaborating with finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience with invoice billing and accounts payable/receivable would be beneficial.
• Ability to meet KPI targets such as productivity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operations in export documentation.
• Invoice billing and cash application tasks.
• Self-quality checking and follow-ups on pending items weekly.
• Participate in and/or suggest process improvements.
• Follow instructions from Team Leaders and Managers for all work tasks.
• Complete any adhoc tasks as required by management.
