Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse operative in Kuala Lumpur to handle receiving, unloading, and stocking of goods, with emphasis on accuracy and safety. The role involves lifting, packing, labeling, and preparing items for delivery, while maintaining organized storage and up-to-date records in the warehouse system.

Candidates should be physically fit; basic Excel and printing skills; teamwork and punctuality are essential.

Qualifications

• Role requires physical capability for lifting and manual handling.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and warehouse system usage.
• Reliable, hardworking, punctual and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect and arrange incoming goods accurately and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, label and prepare goods for delivery according to delivery requirements.
• Safely load and unload goods, including lifting, carrying and moving items within the warehouse.
• Ensure all goods are properly stored, organised and easily accessible.
• Assist with stock take, stock checking and inventory updates.
• Prepare and print basic warehouse documents (DO, AWB, GRN).
• Update stock movements and inventory records in the system.
• Assist with container unloading and daily warehouse activities as required.
• Coordinate with other departments and warehouse team members for smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.
• Operate or assist with pallet jacks, forklifts and reach trucks where required.

• Support the Warehouse Executive/Lead in daily warehouse operations and perform other duties as assigned.
