Job summary

Tealive is seeking an Operations Analyst to turn daily store data into actionable insights and drive ops projects from rollout to adoption across its growing F&B network.

You will monitor sales, COGS, labour, and inventory, build dashboards, spot trends, and support forecasting while partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT. A PMO/process-improvement background is a plus; strong Excel/SQL/Power BI skills are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of data analysis or project coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI; Lark is an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts, 5.5 days/week; strong numerical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales, COGS, labour cost, and inventory numbers; flag anomalies.
• Build and maintain dashboards and real‑time reports for management.
• Spot trends and problems before they escalate.
• Support forecasting for sales, stock, and manpower planning.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to resolve data discrepancies.
• Track timelines and progress for ongoing ops projects across Tealive and Bask Bear.
• Assist with rollout planning and coordination with stores, IT, and vendors.
• Follow up on training, adoption, and issues after new systems go live.
• Keep project trackers, checklists, and status reports up to date.
• PMO or process improvement experience is a plus.

Numbers tell a story, and projects need someone to keep them moving! At Tealive and Bask Bear Coffee, we need someone who can do both. As our Operations Analyst, you'll turn daily store data into insights and help drive ops projects from rollout to adoption, across our growing F&B network.

What You'll Do

• Monitor daily sales, COGS, labour cost, and inventory numbers across Tealive and Bask Bear stores, flagging anomalies early
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that keep management informed in real time
• Spot trends and problems before they become bigger issues
• Support forecasting for sales, stock, and manpower planning
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to resolve data discrepancies
• Track timelines and progress for ongoing ops projects (system rollouts, new tools, process changes) across Tealive and BaskBear
• Help plan rollouts and coordinate with stores, IT and vendors
• Follow up on training, adoption and issues after a new system goes live
• Keep project trackers, checklists and status reports up to date
• Experience working in a PMO, project management, business transformation or process improvement environment will be an added advantage.

What You'll Need

• Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, project coordination; retail or F&B background is a plus
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas); SQL, Power BI, Lark is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts, 5.5 days/week
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to communicate findings clearly
