Job summary

Morgan Philips Group is seeking an Operations Executive in Malaysia to be the engine room of the company, partnering with the Operations Manager and Managing Director. This role spans finance, HR, compliance, and client operations beyond a narrow admin remit.

You will source vendors, manage invoicing, onboarding, reporting, and cross-border tax considerations, while coordinating with senior leadership in a fast-growing international franchise.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of experience in operations, finance admin, office management, or a similar multi-disciplinary support role.
• Meticulous attention to detail — especially with numbers, documents, and deadlines.
• Comfortable juggling priorities across finance, HR, and admin without dropping the ball.
• Strong communicator who can liaise with leadership, clients, and external vendors.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and general office tools.
• Discretion and integrity — trusted with financial and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage vendors, events, and client-facing materials.
• Coordinate travel, meetings, and events bookings.
• Prepare regular reports for leadership (billings, pipeline).
• Support town halls and internal communications.
• Handle invoicing lifecycle and liaise with consultants and clients.
• Maintain billings tracker and coordinate exports to finance system.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and cross-border vendor payments.
• Assist HR/Finance on new joiners, leavers, and leave records.
• Maintain contracts and compliance documents with authorities.
