Aufgaben

• Develop, refine, and maintain the Group's ORM framework, policies, and guidelines across entities.
• Design and implement processes and tools for group-wide ORM deployment, including RLEMR systems.
• Strengthen ORM capabilities in line with Basel II and regulatory requirements.
• Lead data submission to CAFIB and ICAAP units and monitor Risk Appetite Statements.
• Provide governance oversight to ORCC, MRCC, and BRC with timely risk reporting.
• Lead ORM governance and training activities, including Shariah compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with SRM and BCM teams to ensure Shariah compliance and risk alignment.
• Deliver ORM training programs and evaluate effectiveness.
