Job summary

OCBC is seeking a Risk Management Operations Specialist to help ensure processes are efficient, compliant, and well-governed. You will work with risk managers and stakeholders to monitor data, produce reports, and drive improvements that protect assets and support decision-making.

This role requires a degree in finance or a related field, at least 3 years in risk or operations, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

A degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
At least 3 years of experience in risk management, operations, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze risk management data to identify trends and potential issues.
Develop and maintain risk management reports, dashboards, and tools to support decision-making.
Collaborate with risk managers and stakeholders to implement risk management processes and procedures.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide training and support to stakeholders on risk management processes and procedures.
