Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a proactive Risk Management Operations professional in Compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk policies. You will identify risks, implement controls, and develop risk reporting to support informed decision-making.

The role requires collaboration across teams, a strong analytical mindset, and effective communication with stakeholders to embed risk-aware practices throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Degree in law, finance, risk management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies to ensure compliance.
• Identify potential risks and assess their impact on the organization.
• Implement effective controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that risk management policies are understood and implemented effectively.
• Develop and maintain risk management reports and dashboards to track key risk indicators.
