Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a Risk Management Operations Specialist to monitor and analyze risk data, develop reports and dashboards, and support risk decision-making across the business. You will collaborate with risk managers and stakeholders, identify process improvements, and provide training on risk management procedures.

A degree in finance, accounting, or business and at least 3 years in risk or operations are required.

Qualifications

A degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
At least 3 years of experience in risk management, operations, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders.
Knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze risk management data to identify trends and potential issues.
Develop and maintain risk management reports, dashboards, and other tools to support risk decision-making.
Collaborate with risk managers and business stakeholders to implement risk management processes and procedures.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide training and support to stakeholders on risk management processes and procedures.
