Job summary

Misarma is seeking an Operation Worker to perform daily tasks in production and warehouse, ensuring safety, efficiency and adherence to quality standards. You will support the Operation Supervisor to maintain workflow, report non-conformities, and keep work areas organized and assets properly cared for.

Requirements include minimum SPM, at least 1 year in a related role, and the ability to write and speak Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar operational or warehouse role.
• Able to write and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all assigned operational tasks in a timely, accurate, and safe manner.
• Ensure every work schedule is met without delay.
• Support daily operation activities as instructed by the supervisor.
• Monitor and ensure conformance to quality and safety requirements throughout all assigned work.
• Immediately report any non-conformities, defects, or unsafe conditions to the Operation Supervisor.
• Adhere strictly to company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain proper housekeeping of working areas.
• Ensure safe keeping of company tools, equipment, chemicals and assets while performing tasks.
• Assist in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the workplace environment.

Job description

The Operation Worker is responsible for carrying out daily operational tasks to support the smooth running of production and warehouse activities. This role ensures work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards. The Operation Worker assists the Operation Supervisor in maintaining workflow, identifying non-conformities, and ensuring proper housekeeping and asset care within the work areas. The position requires discipline, teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions to ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks. In addition, the incumbent shall perform other ad-hoc tasks or assignments as directed by the superior or Management from time to time.

Daily Operational Tasks

• Carry out all assigned operational tasks in a timely, accurate, and safe manner.

• Any other duties assigned by superior or management from time to time.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or any relevant.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar operational or warehouse role.
• Able to write and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Technical Knowledge : Knowledge in handling equipment, workplace safety practices.
• Strong work ethic with a responsible and disciplined attitude.
• Physically fit to perform manual handling, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently when required.
• Basic problem-solving skills and initiative to report issues promptly.
