Job summary

HYGR SDN BHD is seeking an Operation Assistant to support the daily warehouse and operational activities in Shah Alam. You will assist with receiving, stock verification, order fulfilment, and coordinating with 3PL partners to ensure accurate records and smooth day-to-day operations.

The role requires basic computer skills, good organization, and the ability to work overtime during peak periods. Prior warehouse or e-commerce fulfilment experience is advantageous.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work overtime during peak periods when required.
• Forklift license/certification is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, unloading, unpacking, checking, and organizing incoming shipments.
• Check received goods against delivery orders, invoices, or relevant documents.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to daily fulfilment schedules.
• Assist in daily stock checking and inventory verification.
• Update stock records and inventory logs accurately.
• Monitor daily orders from Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and HYGR’s website.
• Coordinate daily activities with 3PL fulfilment partners.
• Prepare stock for campaigns, product launches, livestreams, pop-ups and events.
• Update inventory, order, shipment, and stock movement logs.
• Provide daily support to the Operations Executive and warehouse team

Job description

The Operation Assistant is responsible for supporting the daily warehouse and operational activities of HYGR. This role ensures that incoming goods, inventory, order fulfilment, shipments, and operational records are handled accurately and efficiently. The Operation Assistant will work closely with the Operations Executive, warehouse team, 3PL partners, and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, unloading, unpacking, checking, and organizing incoming shipments
• Check received goods against delivery orders, invoices, or relevant documents
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to daily fulfilment schedules
• Assist in daily stock checking and inventory verification
• Update stock records and inventory logs accurately
• Assist in monitoring daily orders received from e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and HYGR's official website
• Assist in coordinating daily activities with appointed 3PL fulfilment partners
• Assist the Operations Executive in preparing stock for campaigns, product launches, livestreams, pop-ups, and events
• Assist in updating inventory records, order records, shipment records, and stock movement logs
• Provide daily support to the Operations Executive and warehouse team

• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, e-commerce fulfilment, or operations is an advantage
• Comfortable performing physical warehouse-related tasks
• Basic computer skills and ability to update records accurately
