Job summary

Taishin Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Penang/Nibong Tebal to support packing, labeling, loading, and inventory tasks. You will handle goods, prepare packing materials, and maintain orderly storage areas while ensuring safety and accuracy in processing returns and damages.

Ideal candidates are physically fit, reliable, and able to work in a team, with fresh candidates welcome. Forklift experience is a plus and training may be provided.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to carry heavy items.
• Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.

• Experience operating a forklift is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pack products into bags or boxes according to company standards.
• Seal packages securely and apply correct labels.
• Pack finished goods into cartons for storage or delivery.
• Carry and handle products, cartons, and packing materials.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods.
• Transfer items to designated storage areas safely.
• Prepare packing materials and assemble cartons when required.
• Monitor and ensure sufficient packing material stock.
• Assist in organizing and arranging warehouse inventory.
• Sort and store products according to category.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of packing and storage areas.
• Check and process returned parcels from customers.
• Record and report damaged items.
• Take photos/videos as evidence for damaged goods.
• Support general warehouse and production tasks.

Job description

3. Packing Preparation

Prepare packing materials (bags, boxes, labels, tape)

Assemble cartons when required

Monitor and ensure sufficient packing material stock

4. Warehouse Organization

Assist in organizing and arranging warehouse inventory

Sort and store products according to category

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of packing and storage areas

5. Quality Checking

Check and process returned parcels from customers

Record and report damaged items

Take photos/videos as evidence for damaged goods

6. Other Duties

Support general warehouse and production tasks

Perform any duties assigned by the supervisor
