Job summary

HYDAC Technology Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Order Technician/Production Technician to assemble Hydac products, operate, maintain and repair existing systems, and perform related tasks.

The role covers hydraulic tube/hoses installation, electrical wiring, accumulator charging, filtration system operation, and workshop upkeep. Required qualifications include SPM/cert/diploma in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering; attractive perks are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly and repair of Hydac or similar hydraulic products.
• Able to prepare, install and test hydraulic tubes/hoses and fittings.
• Able to prepare and install electrical wiring/cabling and panels.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Hydac or similar products.
• Repair and maintain Hydac systems.
• Prepare and install hydraulic tubes/hoses and fittings.
• Install electrical wiring and panels.
• Charge and repair accumulators.
• Operate and maintain filtration systems.
• Inspect outgoing and incoming rental units.
• Replace seals/gaskets and perform mechanical modifications.
• Clean and deburr manifold blocks and retighten threads.
• Paint touch-ups and general workshop upkeep.
• Conduct leak testing and ensure asset maintenance.

Job description

This appointment requires you to perform assembly of new Hydac product as well as to operate, maintain and repair existing Hydac product.

Being an Operation Technician (OT)/Production Technician(PT), your functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Perform product assembly of Hydac or relevant products.

Perform repair and maintenance on Hydac or relevant products.

Preparation, bending and installation of hydraulic tubes/hoses and fittings.

Preparation and installation of electrical wiring/cabling and panels.

Charging and repair of accumulator.

Operate and perform maintenance on Hydac filtration system unit.

Conduct inspection on outgoing and incoming rental unit.

Perform seal / gasket change out.

Mechanical modification such as plate cutting and hole punching.

Manifold block cleaning / deburring and retapping / rethreading.

Surface preparation and painting touch-up.

Upkeep of Hydac's workshop and equipment.

Cleaning of components pre and post assembly to specific requirements.

Helium or other means of leak testing

Perform maintenance on assets

SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering or other relevant certification
