Job summary

HYDAC Technology Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Operation Technician/Production Technician to assemble, repair and maintain HYDAC products. You will prepare hydraulic tubes and fittings, install wiring and panels, test systems, inspect units, and keep the workshop and equipment in pristine condition while supporting a range of HYDAC applications.

This role requires technical certificates and hands-on mechanical and electrical experience, with opportunities to advance within HYDAC's global

Qualifications

• SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering or other relevant certification

Responsibilities

• Perform product assembly of HYDAC or relevant products.
• Perform repair and maintenance on HYDAC or relevant products.
• Preparation, bending and installation of hydraulic tubes/hoses and fittings.
• Preparation and installation of electrical wiring/cabling and panels.
• Charging and repair of accumulator.
• Operate and perform maintenance on Hydac filtration system unit.
• Conduct inspection on outgoing and incoming rental unit.
• Perform seal / gasket change out.
• Mechanical modification such as plate cutting and hole punching.
• Manifold block cleaning / deburring and retapping / rethreading.
• Surface preparation and painting touch-up.
• Upkeep of Hydac's workshop and equipment.
• Cleaning of components pre and post assembly to specific requirements.
• Helium or other means of leak testing
• Perform maintenance on assets

Education

SPM, Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering or other relevant certification

This appointment requires you to perform assembly of new Hydac product as well as to operate, maintain and repair existing Hydac product.

Being an Operation Technician (OT)/Production Technician(PT), your functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform product assembly of Hydac or relevant products.
• Perform repair and maintenance on Hydac or relevant products.
• Preparation, bending and installation of hydraulic tubes/hoses and fittings.
• Preparation and installation of electrical wiring/cabling and panels.
• Charging and repair of accumulator.
• Operate and perform maintenance on Hydac filtration system unit.
