Job summary

De Luxe Circle Fresh Mart Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented professional to consolidate and prepare regular operational and sales reports across multiple retail outlets. You will monitor performance, maintain records, and escalate issues for timely action.

The role includes coordinating with outlets, preparing follow-up summaries for management, and providing operational support for new openings and promotions, while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in retail operations or administrative support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Able to prepare reports, organize data and maintain accurate records.
• Proactive, responsible, outgoing and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel to outlets when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport will be an advantage.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational and sales reports.
• Consolidate data from retail outlets and ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.
• Maintain accurate records, databases and reporting files.
• Monitor operational and sales performance and highlight discrepancies or issues.
• Coordinate and follow up with outlets on outstanding reports and issues.
• Prepare follow-up reports and summaries for management review.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the superior for action.
• Provide operational support for new outlet openings, promotions and retail projects.
• Monitor outlet compliance with procedures and standards.
• Identify operational challenges and report findings with recommendations.
• Conduct outlet visits to support operations and implement initiatives.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as instructed.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational and sales reports.

Consolidate data from retail outlets and ensure the accuracy, completeness and timely submission of reports.

Maintain accurate records, databases and reporting files.

2. Retail Outlet Follow-up & Coordination

Coordinate and follow up with outlets on outstanding reports, operational issues and pending action items.

Monitor the progress of follow-up activities and ensure timely updates from outlets.

Prepare follow-up reports and summaries for management review.

Escalate unresolved issues and operational concerns to the superior for further action.

3. Retail Operations Support

Provide operational support for new outlet openings, promotional activities and other retail-related projects.

Assist in monitoring outlet compliance with company procedures, policies and operational standards.

Identify operational challenges faced by outlets and report findings with relevant recommendations to the supervisor.

Conduct outlet visits when required to support operational activities and ensure smooth implementation of company initiatives.

Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as assigned by superior.
